DocSuite is an enterprise software family. Diwan Suite is a standalone product, not a DocSuite module. Business & Finance Software is a distinct category. DocSuite Creator — AI App Development Platform retains its own approved product identity. Selecting one product does not automatically entitle the customer to others.
What the agreement must confirm
The formal agreement must identify the contracting entity, licensed product and edition, permitted use, deployment, duration, fees, implementation and support scope. User or usage limits, cloud or confirmed on-premises availability, renewal and cancellation are agreed for the actual offering.
